Listopad - choreograaf
Bruno Listopad
is een Portugese choreograaf die in Nederland woont en werkt. Hij heeft zijn dansopleidingen gevolgd in Portugal, Frankrijk en in Nederland aan de Rotterdamse Dansacademie. Hij debuteerde in 1998 tijdens het Holland Dance Festival en heeft sindsdien een aantal belangrijke prijzen ontvangen: Prize of Interpretation (1997) Prix Volinine, Revelation Prize Ribeiro da Fonte (1999) van het Portugese Institute of the Performing Arts, de Aanmoedigingsprijs Choreografie (2000) van het Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst en de Philip Morris Art Prize (2001). Naast de werken die hij onafhankelijk produceert voor Korzo Producties, heeft hij werken gechoreografeerd en gepresenteerd bij het Ballet Gulbenkian in Lissabon, Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel, De Rotterdamse Dansgroep, Companhia Instável ter gelegenheid van Rotterdam-Haven Culturele Hoofdstad 2001, Tanz Ensemble Cathy Sharp in Basel, Rogie & Company, Nye Carte Blanche in Bergen en Het Nationale Ballet. Al meerdere malen heeft hij choreografieën gemaakt voor Dance Works Rotterdam.
